Not-for-profit organisation runned by a voluntary board of administrators.

Main goals are:

• To promote the sports and physical activity of the members of the Hearst region, mainly through hockey, slo-pitch, golf and other activities

• to organise games, competitions and tournaments and to distribute prizes and awards;

• To promote sportsmanship as well as to achieve any other ancillary objectives compatible with these objects.

One General Assembly will be held yearly to discuss a calendar of events, financial health and donations made throughout the year.
